Balance of the week !
This was a really cool week! We were at the local newspaper! In fact , the same article was published in two newspapers: 'A Notícia' and 'Diário Catarinense'. On Monday, August 26, in the morning, the reporters Maiara Bersch and Caroline Stinghen were at our school know our project! They took the opportunity to interview my Helper of the Day, Aline Ágata, from 6th grade B, which came up in the photo of the article with me and some students of the 6th grade A. The article was great! It exceeded my expectations ,for sure! CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE GREAT JOB, girls , and the entire staff at AN!
This week was also marked by a few more achievements:
Money donating
- Tayanara , from 6th grade A, donated R$ 10 for the project;
- Luciana Menegoto, of Menegoto Tintas, donated R$ 50;
- Sandra and Rubens donated R$ 20;
- Anthony donated R$ 35;
- Karine donated R$ 20;
- Ana Paula , friend of the teacher , donated R$ 15 for the project.
Donating of supplies or gifts for the 'Action among Friends'
- Larissa Brach, from the 6th A, donated a package of 100 sheets of paper;
- Dr. Eleonora, from 'Doutora do Sorriso', donated R$ 4 to buy sheets;
- Ligia, from the stationery 'Riskpel', donated a backpack to do the 'Action' and various cardboards;
- Barbara, from 'Móveis América', donated two sofa supporters for controls and cups, for the Action;
- Denise, a friend of the teacher, donated a beautiful kit of 'O Boticário' , with 4 products for the Action;
- Silvana Pohl , friend and ex-supervisor of the area of English Language, from the Department of Education, donated a beautiful watercolor for Action, and bought the book "Adeus, China!" to help the project;
- Isis, friend of the teacher, is making beautiful decorative ornaments for our action;
- D. Sani will donate decorative boxes for the Action;
- Gabriela, owner of 'Hashi Sushi Express', offered to our action, a dinner for 2 people in the restaurant ('combo salmão').
TOTAL COLLECTED UNTIL NOW: R$ 302,00
These were some of the achievements until now! Very soon, we will begin to sale the 'Action among Friends'! Wait!

Remembering that our main goal is to raise approximately R $ 2.450,00 for the production of the documentary! Talking about the documentary, guess what!! Tomorrow, September 2nd, we will start the recordings! We will make pictures of the meeting of parents and students from 6 years A and B, the school, and Civic Session, after all, this will be the Homeland Week, and we will sing all the hymns, every day!
In the classes, this week, on Monday , August, 26th, and on Friday, August, 30th, the students from 6th A continued the flashcards with the verbs of the routine, and 6th B, as is more advanced, did exercises with complete sentences, indicating the time they do each one of those studied actions. On Frinday, 26th, I showed them a bit about the routine of American students, through pictures and reading the text prepared by Teacher Rebekah Carter Flora. To enjoy the time left, we took some photos of the 6th year B in school!
Tomorrow, during the meeting, I will present, for parents and students, all that will be developed in this project! I hope to meet many parents! The intention was to call each of them, reinforcing the invitation, but, unfortunately, due to the little time we have, it was not possible!

Balanço da semana!
Esta foi uma semana bem legal! Aparecemos no jornal local! Na realidade, a mesma matéria foi publicada em dois jornais: A Notícia e Diário Catarinense. Na segunda-feira, dia 26 de Agosto, pela manhã, as repórteres Maiara Bersch e Caroline Stinghen, foram na nossa escola conhecer nosso projeto! Elas aproveitaram a oportunidade para entrevistar minha Helper of the Day (Ajudante do Dia) Aline Ágata, do 6º ano B, que até saiu na foto da matéria comigo e com alguns alunos do 6º ano A. A matéria ficou ótima! Superou minhas expectativas, com certeza! PARABÉNS PELO ÓTIMO TRABALHO, meninas, e toda a equipe do AN!

Estas foram algumas conquistas até o momento! Logo, logo, iniciaremos as vendas da Ação entre Amigos! Aguardem!

Lembrando que nosso objetivo principal é arrecadar aproximadamente R$ 2.450,00 para produção do documentário! Falando no documentário, adivinhem!!! Amanhã, dia 2 de Setembro, já vamos começar as gravações! Faremos imagens da reunião de pais e alunos dos 6ºs anos A e B, da escola, e da Sessão Cívica, afinal, esta será a Semana da Pátria, e cantaremos todos os hinos, durante todos os dias!
Nas aulas desta semana, da 2ª feira, dia 26 de Agosto, e da 6ª feira, dia 30, os alunos do 6º A continuaram os flashcards com os verbos da rotina, e o 6º B, como está mais adiantado, já fez exercícios com frases completas, indicando o horário que fazem cada uma daquelas ações estudadas. Na 6ª feira, mostrei um pouco da rotina dos estudantes americanos, através de fotos, e da leitura do texto elaborado pela professora Rebekah Carter Flora. Para aproveitar o tempo que restou da aula, já fizemos algumas fotos do 6º ano B na escola!
Amanhã, durante a reunião, farei apresentação, para os pais e alunos, de tudo que será desenvolvido neste projeto! Espero conhecer muitos pais! A vontade era de ligar para cada um deles, reforçando o convite, mas, infelizmente, devido ao pouco tempo que temos, não foi possível!
